If only GE could read everyone's post. So many brilliant minds in this site! Evryone knows the future. Everyone is an economic strategist and everyone knows how to run their multi-billion dollar business, yet no one have better sence when they made the decison to accept a job at what they call this "pos" company. Everyone is a Genius!!!

Come on.... Really? It doesn't take a monkey to realize the bank was stolen blind then it was sold.... This is all about the executives at the very top... Instead of putting stock options with these white collar thieves they should attach jail sentences instead ....the rest is simply employees barking about the leftovers to a once great company...

I don't think the average person could have done much worse than what Immelt did during his 16 years. A monkey could have chosen random blocks with the words "yes" and "no" regarding every deal that GE made during Immelt's time as CEO and likely would have done better than Immelt. Immelt and many of his cronies proved that even the brilliant minds and economic strategists who were running this company can do worse than the average person.
GE is like your wife, once we said “I do” GE let herself go!!!
Agreed... most on this site are way smarter as most Execs do not have the common sense that God gave to the average union employee.
The average person on this site is way smarter than any e band at GE.
