BOD, dont let Eddie push you around. Hold out, dont sell. It is just another way to ruin the company and enrich Eddie. Lawsuits and jail time coming for some.
Looks like Eddie is not liking the fact that the government PBGC is gonna take the money from the deal which would mean that he loses in the end too lol. Eddie pays himself in shares, people try to say stock price doesn't matter so he is using this to squeeze the shorts, drive it as high as he can, file and dump stocks before they file chapter 7, and then choke out everyone else. Transparent and desperate
