Oracle analytics is dying business. Stay far away as possible. id--ts run the management team. Managers are care takers. Similar to that of a high school teacher. Take notes, kids. Join a real company with a real vision.

The scum is being promoted. That's the way Oracle does things. The good people get disgusted and leave the scum that is left behind gets promoted in the void of competence that remains.
some managers are doing just fine and getting promotions. probably they should hire even more managers.
