A culture of execution (of it's employee's) through one bad decision to the next. My personal belief is they are preparing to close doors in Malta sooner than later. I'm already looking for work, even though the layoffs did not impact me. The only future this company has is one of lies and deceit to the employee's that have worked there for years. Poor upper management, one bad decision after another and the workers are stuck paying the consequences while the execs that buried the company are still employed. If they had any level of decency they could at the very least tell people as it is and stop lying that the company is doing great and then a month later have a mass layoff like this. On top of that the scumbags had the nerve to celebrate the recent success of M4 for 7nm, take pictures with the team, eat cake with them, shake their hands and congratulate them and then lay all of them off a few days later. I understand the layoffs, unavoidable...but the overall underhanded deceit is unacceptable.

culture in GF -- throw moral out of you, becme more shameless as you go up every 2 years. HR has training sessions for that.
