Don't know what you been drinking but I know we have pretty smart guys in Delaware team. In fact, one of those guys with initials KM is an intelligent guy who is only held back by our incompetent manager

If you are struggling to kill your time you should be laid off without thinking. Supervisors/Managers with knowledge of this should be first in the line. It is their job to assign work and keep their reports busy/motivated.

As an employee working in EC3, I resent that you think we have nothing better to do than waste time by reading the final issue of the Lower 48 Supply Chain Organization's Building Blocks Newsletter. I personally prefer to waste away my 40 hour week by working on the jigsaw puzzle available in our break room. Sometimes I get bored and go to other levels within EC3 to work on those jigsaw puzzles too.
