Class Action Lawsuit - Cloud Fraud - Next Steps

As you may know, Oracle was served a Lawsuit (a.k.a "Complaint") on August 10. This action was brought on behalf of the City of Sunrise Firefighters' Pension Fund by the law firm of Bernstein Litowitz Berger & Grossman LLP. You can find the case documents on their website at www.blbglaw.com. Just select the tab Case, Current Cases, scroll down to Oracle Corp. and finally select Case Documents.

THE NEXT STEP IS FOR ORACLE TO RESPOND TO THIS LAWSUIT BY THIS FRIDAY. You might want to check the law firms website on Friday evening to see how Oracle tries to explain the allegations/claims set forth in the Lawsuit. FYI, the August 10 Lawsuit (19 pages) is currently accessible. Happy reading... LE, SC, MH, TK and others need to be held accountable for their actions.

correction from original post. Oracle is required to respond ("Answer") to the Lawsuit by tomorrow September 5. You can check the law firm's website tomorrow or Thursday if you care to read Oracle's response. Should be entertaining...

Not only that. Current lawsuits are missing many, many things. Even poor guys like me know much more than what is in the lawsuits.

Some day a big one will come with true, proven big facts. And that day big O is over. And some of the a--holes will certainly fear jail.

and maybe you are missing the big point.

fact is, there are several new class actions filed versus Oracle for the same reason, regarding illecit or illegal actions and investors communications about cloud revenues.

this could led O to be liable for hundreds of M$, and possibly lose credibility with the following crash of the stock.

this is not like the "99999999 other legal items currently going on as well" but something much worse that could potentially hurt O in a very bad way, both financially and from a business perspective.

this is why we are talking here, in the worst scenario this will led to massive reduction in force.

@USqkiqh-1tpt

You are missing the point.

When you are big and have resources and $, you will be targeted whether it's deserved or not. That's why most big behemoths has an equally big legal department to handle these things. Big O. is no different.

At @USqkiqh-rmv,

did you mean the "99999999" other Lawsuits against Oracle? Hahahaha... House of Cards coming down in a blaze of glory.

Oracle threatened current customers with “audits” of their use of the Company’s non-cloud software licenses unless the customers agreed to shift their business to Oracle cloud programs.

As you may know, Oracle was served a Lawsuit

As you may know, Oracle is a big target (I mean corp) and gets served with all sorts of legal stuff.

Are you going to point out the 99999999 other legal items currently going on as well?
