Just so people are up to date, LR's did happen in August, Groups were hit; Ops hit 56 people and 90% of a certain age and a few younger ones to balance it out. Skill set did not matter and performance did not matter just age. Inside source says over the next 18 months, it will be the security org that does the hiring. FYI

WHo the heck cares if they are hiring in India? Is it because of the talent or is it because like Mexicans you can stop a a Home Depot and 20 Mexicans jump in. Maybe in India if you stop off at Bangalore U twenty developers jump in. Cheap labour is rampant at Cisco but quality will always be sacraficed
