So wondering which night crews are going to actually post pictures of there empty pallets. Theres already one group of dumb--ses on the front wire. Guess what you will be getting the same raise as the group of people that empty the least amount. The company survives by workers like that who actually think they matter until its too late and then there eyes are opened. Keep falling for this companys tatics you dumb--ses. You probably do that dumb--s Sams cheer every night before you start to work too.

I believe everyone That works for this company have at one time or another put they’re all into it and then some i’ve been with this company over 20 years and have given my all and now all this company does is take they do not appreciate us or respect us when you’re giving 2% across-the-board that makes people lose hope and faith and say why. I learned a long time ago to get respect you have to give respect and this company is not doing that and that’s sad because I love my job but it has become about the money not the people so for those that say leave it’s not that easy you been somewhere for 20 years to start over so I will be here until they give me my severance pay We’re all just a number to them

ive become lazy as hell lol!!! after being here for 18 years and seeing where this company is going ive decided to not care. untill they fire me, i will continue to be a scumbag and take my sweet time in stocking 2 pallets lol. dont care because we all getting the same raise. thanks sams club for bringing out this side of me i didnt know i had. cant wait till the holidays to see our club struggle to keep the store stocked because we dont have anyone for 3 areas.

The people who have had enough are complainers also. I use to back this company. Been around for over 20 yrs. This place has taken a turn for the worst these past few years. I am done! But you think I'm going to quit??? Hell no! I'm going to do the bare minum to get by and one day my position will be gone or my store will close. When that day comes, I will collect a nice severance. Now get on with your a-- kissing. There's lots of rumps that your lips will fit on perfectly. And you'll still get the same raise I do.
It's not about busting your a--. Not going above. It's about performing the job you are being paid to do. The laziest people are always the biggest complainers. You are not fooling anyone.

In my 30 years of working here , never have i heard from the HO to do a pallet party . It was always something each club decided to do . Usually before inventory . Sounds like somethings up ......maybe they need more sales to look good for a buyer
I worked overnights in Scottsdale and a girl I worked with use to brag about all the stuff she would do. But we all knew she constantly twisted the truth in her favor. She was an a-- kisser which got her bumped up to overnight manager. God I am glad it pushed me to finish my classes and move on from that place. It's people like that who take the pics for HO. They just want the constant ego boost of, look at me! Look what I did today! She took credit for some things she barely had anything to do with, and denied and placed blame on others for things wrong that she did. What happened? They closed the store down. Ha! Good luck to whoever got that mess. I heard she stepped down. I'm sure she knew the new place would smell her lies immediately. Probably starting from scratch. There were some good people there. I don't know where they all ended up. All I know is I got in and out quick. Finished school and in a much better place. I've got a good life ahead of me. I thank Sam's for allowing me the time to go to school. That's all the place was good for. So go take your pics for HO. It doesn't make a difference. You are still just like the others. And when your time comes, you will still be let go.
You sound like one of those lazy workers who won't stock anything on nights so we have to drop it immediately after the store opens. Rather than stocking a hot item you spend all night rearranging the steel to slot it, then you complain how full the steel is.
