I’m pretty sure that most of their positive Glassdoor reviews are fake news.

@UQ2ngSK-xeb : actually the decline started with TK, MH was just the icing on the cake,

TK introduced the worst managemebt style ever seen, the only goal was to see who's the most weasel while mock and deride people who were actually working thinking to be in a cohesive team.

it's really impressive and demoralizing to compare the quality of the products 10 years ago with the current one.... but it's also due to the always moving target, whenver TK enters a meeting you know that you have to trash all your work and start again with different reqs.

I have been asked to remain in Oracle, also was given some stock and a raise last FY, but I will leave as soon as AWS will confirm the offer. there is nothing to gain in remaining in this toxic company.

it's just the new Oracle that is like this, destroyed by MH and TK.

many of us remember well how many years ago Oracle was ahead of any competitor, the environment was highly stimulating both in slaes and engieering and all the people was a pleasure to work with. the times when engineering was working to innovate the products and not to stab your colleagues in the back. I am completely sure that if Oracle had the right management in the last 10 years, we would have been the biggest, most advanced, best place to work, most innovative company in the world today. sort of Amazon+Google+Mirosoft combined together.

unfortunately LE for whatever reason decide to hire TK and MH. that was the beginning of the disaster.

welcome to Oracle bro, the company that innovate with the vision of an elder that in 2010 said that cloud was a hype and would dye in 2 years (the reason why he decided to kil SunCloud)

why dont you go and sell better products to the customers of oracle. Looks to be great business opportunity if your statement is true, no one stays in such place more than a few weeks (unless u are complaining for being a target of downsizing)
