I approached the class action lawsuit, I undoubtedly have a case against Nike, and the lawyer told me that the severance agreement was binding and would hold up in court. She mentioned that they are turning a lot of people away due to the severance agreement. Couldn't they argue that it was a signing under duress? After all, I had to support my family until I found another job.
As a woman, I was "promoted" to the same job as two men (doing the same job and better work product), didn't get the title or the pay and it can all be corroborated.
