Sales is performing terribly. No one hits there number. Bad place to be. Leadership thinks more phone calls will do the trick. This place is garbage.

That’s by design. The easiest way to cut salaries is to deliver comp plans that are so complex that almost no one can hit them. That puts more money in MH’s pockets and not yours.
