OP, what do you mean he hasn’t accomplished anything? He took a once remarkable company that was making cash left and right and ran it into the ground. Now THAT is remarkable.
Is your dream. Apple will win this battle and won’t buy any product from QC ever. QC lawyers are nothing compared with the ones at Apple.
Stockholder here. The eternal rule is "buy low, sell high". Depending on when you got in when Q was down in the mud, I'd say the stock is doing just fine. SM is doing "JUST FINE" unloading a bunch of d---beats and trimming the fat. Apple settlement on the horizon, watch the stock go upwards.
As for the jobs going overseas, face it, loyalty to the US workers is non-existent. Bottom line is $$ for the stockholder.
As for the stock running @ $77 when SM became CEO, from a INVESTER standpoint, that's how you make money in a turbulent market. You need turbulence to make money.. again buy low.. sell high. Use it towards your advantage.
I think he's doing fine. Once the Apple situation is resolved (all indications is that it will be in Qcom's favor), stock should shoot up.

Ya right, that's why investors almost voted him out of the board when potus had to come rescue him. Fyi, qcom stock was at 77 when sm took over. 67 now means negative 15 percent. This when other peer companies have appreciated like 150 percent during the same time.
from an investor standpoint, looks like he's doing fine. Stock up to $67 and change and expected to go higher from here. You young kids just keep pumping out the product.., b...tch all you want.. that's just natural. In the end, it's all about making money for the investor. Earn your dues.

He has reduced the operting budget by half a billion!!! Laid off top engineers who are working in top positions at FAANG! He keeps the economy growing by seeding the available talent pool with Qualcomm talent.
