Avaya ran out of private funding and needed to tap into public and institutional funding by going public to stay afloat. They are a dying company. Senior management will soon be leaving!
@UMftlsa-fht the practise also preach to backfill and Avaya is not , hence people are negative and not motivated
Focus on unemployment.
Focus on your work. Why do you think so negative about Avaya? Now a day it has become organizational practice to lay off 10 pc resources to improve productivity of other resources.
