Thread regarding Sam's Club layoffs

Lot of b--ching but nothing changing

I continue seeing alot of b--ching but nothing changing. What im seeing is a handful of disgruntled associates that dont get there way about something and come on here b--ching. I bet most of you on here miss quiet a bit of work and dont think twice about it. Most dont give a damn about there co-workers. If its so bad at your clubs then why are you not setting up meetings and trying to organize. Hell the6 have to provide you a place to do it. You dont need everyone to vote yes just 51% to sign a damn card. I know its much easier just to come on here and b--ch and then go to work the next day and just continue that cycle. Either STFU or actually grow a set and actually do something about it. Be a F@@@ing leader for once in your life. Put the damn game controller down tell mommie I have a meeting and ill be back soon to please have my dinner ready. By the can I please have some gas money because my last check was kinda short I missed a couple days AGAIN.

I love my job at club pick up. Don't laugh I really do. I get frustrated when we can't get the equipment need to do our job (handhelds) and told we have to do it manually. Cutting hours and wanting me to manually key item numbers for 80+ items is out of the question when you have over 500 picks and cutting hours on top of that. I've decided to cut my personal equipment, the Sam's Club App is no longer on my phone to search items that don't have a picture or has a strange description. If I don't know what it is, ITEM NOT FOUND. I don't have time to search the app if all my work has to be done manually. We get an order for atleat 400 items every Wednesday, our overnight guy will be doing good to get that one done.......and our managers don't care. It's sad. :(

Finally a post that pretty much nails it on the head and these young a-- kids can't cope with actually having to see what the real world awaits them. Been handed everything to them there entire life and now in the real world they are struggling. Life is not easy so get ready you spoiled a-- little b--ches.
