i heard cisco is shutting down cloudlock which was bought only 2 years ago- anyone know more about why and when?

The Chief of Staff at Cloudlock left Cisco and went to Duo last fall. Interesting!
Cloudlock has been effectively absorbed by OpenDNS about a year ago. The brand may stay, but Cloudlock is not another Meraki.
The S-F team have been sabotaging this gruop since the start.
I find it unlikely CloudLock is being impacted at all. In fact, they will be in a better spot as a result of Duo.
RT's acquisitions will be thrown out, just to show his bad decisions.
