How are we supposed to function with majority of our key engineers either out or on their way out?

All the good salespeople out or on their way out. Being replaced by 22-24 year olds who have no idea what ERP, CRM, SCM, EPM, or HCM stands for.
Never on topic checking in, I wish Motel 8 had left the light on for Chris Farley the man who lives in a van down by the river.
Products are created by good managers, not engineers.
Engineers are just ants and can be easy replaced one by another ;)
At least , all managers think this way ;)
You need to stop assuming that you’re working for an IT company and especially one that cares about customers - you’re not. You’re just a store front for much more sinister activities
In case you haven’t noticed, Oracle doesn’t really place any significance on engineering.
