Just had a guy come in and complain about the YouTube app not working on his phone. I checked the mobile network and he's an Xfinity customer. Bro wtf.

The thing is stores are tech support. Stores had techs 10 years ago and VErizon decided to get rid of them and have sales people do tech support. Now instead of speaking up everyone went along with it. Don’t get all pissy at anyone but you and your co workers. You had a chance to speak up and you didn’t now it’s on you guys.
Stores aren't tech support. Lol at retail ret+++s, you're probably a mouth breather who lumbers into a store and gets mad bc you're confused that we don't know all of your passwords.
Wow smart. Gets "the best network" for like 1/3 of the price.
Probably too smart to fall for the hum and tablet slam scam.
So help him out bit©h. Nothing going on but a circle jerk in your "store" anyways. "bro wtf" "y'all"
Bunch of retail r----ds...
Lol because they use Verizon Service he thought he could come to y’all haha
