Did this local agreement advance pay? Yes (after taxes 70 cent raise to carry the plant) to but it did nothing to close the gap! The dues I pay are for the leadership to go to Florida on vacation on the dues of the membership. Keep giving back to the company over fear!

Nope not until the union starts acting like a union and not a bunch of slackers collecting a free paycheck hiding out at the hall while the floor gets harassed

No advancement in labor conditions, only regression in labor/ working conditions. No advanced pay for 2nd tier only layoffs and bumped to off shifts. Healthcare no even going there but 2019 contract should be justified with a strike
