What are you thoughts? We spin a good self image but does it really represent who we are? It seems we have just gone downhill since the split, it couldn’t be managements fault could it?

wow...seriously, -1vwb...so i can expect random dong tests? i am just a newbie here, but i think i might love this company. wtf are all these people complaining about?!
Indeed the worst company in the industry
1cgj, then you’re a noob, and very naive. Don’t worry though, the company has your back.
If you can, go back and look at the 2015 COST team efforts shown to company leaders. It’s the last honest benchmarking we’ve done. The metrics were terrible and we’ve done little since then.
I know the leadership of our company. They are mostly very smart, but they’re more arrogant than the leaders of our competitors. This arrogance shows in that they don’t listen, and they think they can plan and scenario their way out of anything, rather than really thinking, which is much harder. Their arrogance shows up in micro-managing. Versus industry, they are much more “set in their ways” (biased to whom and what they like) which shows up in that they don’t learn from mistakes and were clueless when prices dropped.
highly doubtful i'll get called 4 random dong tests this month, but thanks for playing! :-)
Hmm. Better hope you don’t get called for 4 “random” d--g tests this month.
i smile every day.
of course, i've got a $1000/day coke habit...but on executive salary, i can afford it!
i believe the term is, um...whammy!
I do agree that for COP it was bad decision. For downstream and now PSX it was the best thing ever happened. As of today Psx stock gained 210% and cop gained 50% from the spinoff date. Even at the highest oil price Cop gained 83%.
The combined stocks value at $125 which is not bad at all but it’s mostly due to psx.
So now we can guess where all bad eggs ended up.
Cop is not #1 in independents as projected by many people. In terms of earnings per BOE I guess may be 4th or 5th or somewhere in the middle.
No such luck bud
If this is coming from management, someone who really cares and can make a difference, maybe get me back in to a job I enjoyed, a spot where I'm needed, then I would like to hear from you personally.
I check back in here for your response
Certainly not. They are all underpaid and under appreciated.
