There is said to be about 50 voluntary layoffs in Schenectady. Of the involuntary laid off, how many would return to GE if called?

I have asked multiple people at this point and I cannot even get an official conformation if they are doing a call back or not.
I here maybe 50 coming back. I havn't got any confirmation of an exact number though.

Wrong just heard they are bringing at least 20 back. Love how people are so sure they actually know something on here.

Weird you say that. The company brought back 25 after January’s layoff.
Once you hit the door the company is not bringing anyone back!
Evu - I know for a fact that is not true the call backs have not occurred yet. Not sure if the company is actually going to do a call back this time or just using the voluntary to get rid of more people.
Those called back where contacted this past Monday to report next Monday. That's what came from HR in the shop? Who knows if true or not, rarely get the truth from anyone till after the fact!!!
