Read the tentative agreement on Local 301 website. Once the Leaders are trained the Company will eliminate 51 jobs. The leaders will do crane-ops jobs & inspectors jobs. Its a safety concern & quality concern. Stand your ground. I would rather the company send jobs to Poland then see ANYONE get seriously injured. Also the quality of the jobs are risk. A lesser concern than an injury.
