Your store manager already knows he's waiting for direction on when to cover talking points I wouldn't train nobody
The recycler hand book is hilariously out of date. It was already out of date when we got it, we had to add in details and corrected procedures but after a while we just stopped doing that too. Its all in my head. I havent heard the first thing from my SM he just gives me confused looks when I ask him about my job elimination. Please keep us posted if anyone hears anything else.
Csm is not over accounting point blank if your store is going to be successful the store mngr has to do what's in the best interest and give you the morning csm duties that takes care of those acct routines it's not hard at all being a csm you have more knowledge then what you give yourself credit for.
Don't know what region you are in but it's suppose to be 1st week in September for the C/O. Yes it's going automated but there is loop holes in that a csm can not resolve or really cares. Hold your knowledge dear to your heart. Sure they can go to wire lol good luck not very helpful. Also the recycler handbook lol is back a** wards it was probably written by someone that has no clue.
can anyone say what state or market they are in pertaining to cash office elimination? I just want to know how much time I have while I get my plan B together because I don't know if I want to work with the CSMs who basically make my life hell as I have to clean up their messes everyday while they tell me that they are "over" me since they are a higher pay grade. was this announcement company wide or is it by market or what?
C/O elimination they better utilize full time person for the morning duties if it's gonna be successful
