Was never a big fan of joining a union but something has got to open the eyes of the shareholders. We are headed down a long dark path. Ive seen more talk about unionizing then i ever have and I have been here awhile. Where is all the union reps at now is a golden opportunity.

I want a UNION to put a stop to these asses in the market team that thinks its ok the way they treat people. Really have no beef with my management team its not them thats causing the problems. Seems like its lets see who can be the biggest prick and that's the ones that they want to promote. Lets bring fear into all the CM so they bow there heads when we are in there clubs and lets make them feel like they are worthless. Why anyone would want to be a manager in this company is beyond me.
What does a union get you? Honest question. You guys have it your mind that a union is magical, what's the best case scenario?

I agree it’s like we are already unionized already The same 2% raises, pissy schedules, favoritism, basically taken every holiday away with this PTO bs.
Well. Have you tried writing to Doug and the head of HR? If you’re actually prepared to try to vote a union in and potentially get fired for that, what have you got to lose in an open door?
Still doubt you can get the votes though. Unions are expensive and associates are not going to want to pay for them.

Contact Local 1776 UFCW in Philly. If you are in another part of the Country reach out to the local Chapters . If you contact 1776 they will steer you to the geographic location where you are located. You may contact the Teamsters in Philadelphia or Metro NY in the NE. They are National so wherever your Club and concerns are located they can assist. They will surely be “ Happy To Help”
