Was advised some PM offshore work moving back and being contracted out with service rep title out of GA. Who knows, maybe it will all come back as contracting work paying less money.

I've had project managers in England for the past 15 years. We are a global company. Get over it.

Wholesale Project Management jobs went offshore to Bratislava for the same reason to cut costs.

Thank God for those tax cuts or these jobs may have gone to India!

This is not new! They have moved many, many professional info technology jobs (systems admins etc) to eastern europe)... this has been going on for years!!! Imagine that, little eastern europe country which brings almost zero revenue to USA, has over 1,500 people working for AT&T. Many of them formerly salaried positions in USA.
