Thread regarding Citrix Systems Inc. layoffs

Pending Sale is Coming for real

As an investor and third party, here is what I suggest. Keep your eyes on the Santa Clara offices. They are being renovated while employees work remote. Microsoft plans to buy Citrix out and close the deal by December. Layoffs after the merger will begin Q2, 2019.

Oracle would be perfect. They like to buy washed up companies & troll the patents.

No one will buy Citrix. Going private is the only option. Dividing the company and selling assets is another option.

Elliot will take profits and leave some bread crumbs for the ELT

Actually the poster is accurate. Watch the moves the board has been making. They are setting the company up for acquisition. Why do you think people were asked to provide talent cards?

I’m also an investor and third party...and I heard Walmart was buying Citrix. Keep your eye on Raleigh While people are standing in the cafeteria, Walmart is placing eldelry greeters by the front door. Layoffs of the secretaries are planned for Q4 2018.
