Bullying @ HPE

On the bullying, just some suggestions... Find out in your state, is it legal for you to tape-record (or otherwise auto-record) conversations in which you are a part of. In some states (Illinois for example) you have to ask the other person's permission. If the bullies are non-managers, if you can record them in their bad behavior, to take it to management or HR, it may help. Sad to say, HR is almost always totally in the pocket of top management. If the bullying is really bad or se_xual related, top management may very well throw lower management (or worker bees) under the bus, for making trouble.

If the bullying is run-of-the-mill management BS (colonize the moon by 3 days from now, and here is your $15-budget), then you really have no other recourse than to grin and bear it, wait for your go-away money, or find a better employer...

If the bullies are co-workers, ask your manager if you can record them.

In ALL states in the USA, to my knowledge, it is legal to hand-write down, what others say... If you wrote it down and they did not, your testimony will prevail in court.

I'm a frequent poster, yes. However, I am NOT the one who goes and re-posts some of my posts as their own independent posts / threads!!! Which goes to show that SOME readers out there ARE interested in what I have to say, and want to see the reactions to said postings! So if you don't want to read my "ramblings", I hereby and alwaysby, officially, doo-doo give you my highly sought-after permission to NOT read my posts! Have a good day!

"Have a good day!"... suggested snark reply... "Don't tell me what to do!!!" (See, I am trying to be a do-gooder; I am even pre-formulating your Dudley B. Snarkly reply for you!)

You must have lots of time on your hands since your ramblings appear in every thread.
