On the bullying, just some suggestions... Find out in your state, is it legal for you to tape-record (or otherwise auto-record) conversations in which you are a part of. In some states (Illinois for example) you have to ask the other person's permission. If the bullies are non-managers, if you can record them in their bad behavior, to take it to management or HR, it may help. Sad to say, HR is almost always totally in the pocket of top management. If the bullying is really bad or se_xual related, top management may very well throw lower management (or worker bees) under the bus, for making trouble.
If the bullying is run-of-the-mill management BS (colonize the moon by 3 days from now, and here is your $15-budget), then you really have no other recourse than to grin and bear it, wait for your go-away money, or find a better employer...
If the bullies are co-workers, ask your manager if you can record them.
In ALL states in the USA, to my knowledge, it is legal to hand-write down, what others say... If you wrote it down and they did not, your testimony will prevail in court.
