Spectra and it's forerunners have done several Corporate Mergers / Divorces over the years ....... the MO has usually been the same = find a s---er to overpay for the cash cow pipes, stock price gets driven into the ground, pipes get spun off AGAIN, get a new name, WAIT a few years until everyone forgets, find a s---er and reap Proooocess
