Keebler let go a lot more sales people, at least here in our part of the country! For those of you whose boss told you Keebler is “considering getting back into dsd”, you still believe them? Maybe they just feel like it would be better to start from scratch? Haha! Your a loser to even consider believing the bs your boss has been feeding you! Wake up, look around, and educate yourself!! You think Keebler would get rid of their entire, fully trained, and seasoned employees only to start over? Not! We can’t keep our employees, merchandisers are quitting within days of getting hired, better benefits at McDonald’s! No future at Mondelez, don’t waste your time!!
We'll never merchandise Tate's. 3rd party and warehoused already. DSD is coming to an end for Nabisco. Better start looking. Keebler cut more of their work force. It won't be much longer for us
A very easy transition to warehouse for Kroger! Just waiting for systems to link, just like WM did with Keebler so they can get data used for CAO. My GM scanned our product today and on hands was actually right, they are very close. Maybe the original announcement of July for Kroger to go CAO was right after all? One thing for sure, it won’t be long! NA has been a drain on Mondelez long enough

Tate’s is not dsd anywhere! It may be coming from a third party warehouse, but nobody from Tate’s delivers this product, fact!! Dsd is direct store delivery, direct from the company that manufactures! Tate’s does not do this! There are plenty of third party suppliers, and some chains will have to use more than one supplier to get what they want if a supplier dies not carry it. That happens all the time! Kroger pulls from Payton, but If the need arises they could pull from another warehouse as well.
Tates is DSD in some chains and areas handled by a broker who also does Stauffer's because those stores warehouses C&S dont carry it. In those same stores Tates is a bigger deal because they have the ability to carry more. Those stores cut 4-5ft from kebler and gave it to them.
In those same stores customers complain because the warehouse doesn't carry a full line of product of kebler.
Nabisco and Keebler both were dsd, same dsd model. Nabisco has also been a part of a much larger company in the past, RJ Reynolds, Kraft, etc., and we were dsd then and parent company was warehouse! Do your homework first!! Easy for Dirk to transition us! And BTW, Tate’s won’t be dsd, ever!! Operating them as a separate entity!
How are we set up like kebler? Kebler isn't even a company neither is Nabisco. Kelloggs has a super diverse profile more then 1/2 there company was not cookies and crackers when they killed dsd ir was a small expensive part of the whole company. MDLZ is over 50% Nabisco in the US and they just made a $500 million investment in to buying more cookies. I'm not saying we are not going warehouse with this post but the companys are not the same
Management is going to make it unbearable to stay!! They will make you miserable until you quit!
I think most will stay till the end if a decent severance is offered.
