Thread regarding Lowe's Cos. layoffs

Sad but true

Our management team hides or buries their heads in a computer looking at non-work stuff. They get mad if they are asked a question. When they had the sign up for service manager training, it was a joke because they already had had picked a couple young kids with little lowes experience and no management experience. They wanted someone to be a robot and not ask questions. The management at Lowes is horrible all the way to the top. Unfortunately they propagate incompetence of the select "favorites" who are pushed up the ladder. In a real corporate world, these people would be fired long ago. They blatantly s-xually harass employees and discriminate against employees. Some of the comments that come out of them is so inappropriate. Does no good talking to HR because retaliation makes your life and your schedule worse. They just try to make you miserable so you will quit so no point in even speaking up. It is like working in a prison camp. .... shut up and do what I say. Don't follow the management examples or you will be fired because they lie, cheat and are lazy. Sad but true.

That's pretty much Lowe's in a nut shell. Our store manager was honest enough to finally tell a female employee that she'd need to s--- up to get anywhere.
