Does anyone know if your unused vacation time is paid out on your final check when you put in your 2 week notice for wireless?

Yes, your vacation is paid,
Personnel time off is not.

Vacation is always paid out. Personal never is except in select states where mandated by law (CA and a handful of others) and where agreed to in RIF.
My separation date was May 21st, received my final paycheck last week. It was only for hours worked. I have 128 unused vacation hours that I'm still waiting to be paid for.
