With the new Business Acquisition Team deploying, what is going to happen to this side of the company? The stores do most of the selling for these departments and the BAT team will be out getting new business, will At&t retain this group or will it become like the Retail Account Executive positions be phased out? Has anybody heard anything or have any insight on where the company is going with this?

BAEs are bargained, so they’ll be offered a position within the company. CSEs will be gone. Authorized retailers have their own BAEs, plus once the BAT team is fully operational the company won’t need CSEs/BAEs anymore.
