With stores being as slow as they are & everyone shopping online, I’d say YES! As far as a Timeline, not sure maybe 3-6 months?
But definitely closing up shop soon. Reps aren’t needed to troubleshoot which is their only job apparently these days. Tech Support can handle that part without the headache of squabbling with the incapable customer in their faces.
Good Luck. Hope you get a nice severance. Life outside of Verizon is so much better.
