What's up guys, no hulchal. Seems like everyone is busy collecting increments.
People who left Avaya got almost double the package and who leaves will probably too. Yet we are happy with 10% hikes. Nice.
Btw have heard of fresher who was asked to return back entire bonus paid in 1st year even when he is leaving after a year and half. Cruel policy. Cutting corners like this doesn't show Avaya in good light and prospects look bad too.

Pune office is being renovated to sublet just like Ottawa office.
All money used up in renovation and new hiring. Be ready for no increment or bad increment.
