Pay Increases

How much is the employee pay raise? I am new to Walmart. Do we get any holiday pay? Also, what about time and half.

Walmart so called raise is 2% raise along with your already chicken sh-- wages. You have no holiday pay they roll it into PTO Payed time off.We did get a extra dollar a hour for Sundays they have taken it away. And Your sick leave that you A quire you cant use it yourself but can use it for a member of your family. What the hell about me walmart. And if you miss a day or over 2 hours late they count it as a whole day.Over 9 minuets a half point 2 amount to a whole day.You are given 8 points before termination. And doctors notes not excepted stall a point. You will not be given a full week some get between 25 and 30 houres not much with your pathetic welfare and food stamp wages. If you are thinking about working for them then be ready to find a homeless shelter unless you have help from a Family member of friend.walmart's got the gold mine you have the shaft. In closing find a real job and a real employer Walmart S---sssssssssssssssssssssssssssssss

Exactly! You will never see a pay increase with this company! The most you will ever see is a 2% raise, and with inflation at 2% your making the same as you did last year. I work like a slave at a DC and actually make less than I did 4 years ago due to loss of a bonus and 15 cent "raises". Add in the fact that they raised "rate" 15% this year and it really gets depressing. Hope everyone at Wally World is enjoying working every holiday for straight pay... great company to work for lol

I left 2 years ago but was there for a very long time, and raises (if you weren't screwed out of one) came once a year with your annual eval. Typically it was around 2%. Sooooo, by the time you're making 20/hr inflation will make it worth sbout, oh, $8.50....or minimum wage.

The benefits package was great----if you could afford it.

Basically, be looking for something better before even finishing your first scedule. Preferably while you're still young enough to have options, cuz sge dicrimination SHO exists.
