The Governor vetoed a bill the legislature passed that would have bypassed their Public Utility Commission to fast tracked the route. Law judge recommended following the original Line 3 route too the PUC -- decision in June. I'll post links to stories in a bit. Maybe the company should start looking at offering to buiid free casinos on the various Reservations. Grease the skids.
