I was told once there are two key holders and all locations and key holder trainings another SM lay off will occur....just got asked to provide 2 Keybolds names by tomorrow....everything else I have heard so far has come to pass....it WILL happen again before the year is up will only be 1GM and 1or 2 SM per location based on numbers plus 2 Keyholders

I was a key holder for two and half years. Ran the store numerous times with out any management in the store. I have been out of Verizon over a month now, and could not be any happier. As I was leaving I was told they wished they had promoted me to SM instead of our newest one. I saw the writing on the wall however, and am glad I was not. There is no reason for C stores (low volume) to have more than one SM and the GM. Everything else can easily be supplemented by having one or two key holders.
I gotcha! Did the same thing in the SEM. Had to send our “Main” keyholder Emp ID and name to Ops Analyst this week.
Wow let's just tear everyone down lol! What a jerk about the layoff comment! This isn't an executive email! Get over yourself! When keyholders are ready to go (ready to open the store) the rumor is cuts of 1 or 2 SM (solutions managers) will happen. this will leave staffing to include 1 General Manager & 1-2 Solutions managers based on store traffic model. We have never been asked to have more than 1 Keyholder, and we have been asked to provide 2 names for the role moving forward.....clear enough now!
Are you a manager? I am confused on your post? Are you saying that you are a GM and you was asked for names for Keyholders and then they will lay off your SM?
You make no sense. Your grammar alone should get you laid off.
