Realize most don’t care what others say. Our experience with State Farm is our experience. I don’t care if someone thinks I’m bitter about anything. I know reality; I’ve lived it. I worked 30+ years for a great company with great people and visionary leadership. The last 3 I’ve watched new hacks taking advice from consultants who know nothing about the company history, potential, or culture shred State Farm into a panic mode where cutting expenses is all that counts. EOM is a disaster with meaningless metrics. Employees are miserable and attracting new employees that stick is hopeless given workforce management. You’re dumping employees and you’re customers are leaving. It’ll take a while with the war chest built thanks to the stock market, but this is over and if ever fixed it’ll take generations. For the 30 and under crowd still working for State Farm good luck. You’ll need it.
This ridiculous OP is not being paid by corporate. He's an asshat who has been posting the same predictable drivel here for MONTHS.
There is literally ONE GUY here who keeps posting the same tired nonsense over and over. His style is unmistakable, likely because he's too dim to hide it.
Terrible euphemism. The correct phrase is "S--- it up, Buttercup"
Not everybody wants to wallow in bitterness and self pity. The world changes. Always has and always will. Be flexible and adapt.
Unless you are getting paid by corporate to post, your presence here is sadder than any story of unemployment or managerial perfidy that could ever be posted here.
