What’s your sense of audit activity and forced cloud deals coming on the heels of audits last quarter or two? Up, down, same ?

They're running out of customers to audit. Customers are weaning themselves off of Oracle solutions and becoming less dependent. Odds are high you will find that customers have more software sitting on the shelf than is deployed. Oracle is running out of options to manufacture more cloud deals.
