How many MVR’s do you think you have? Been driving under several aliases?
HR has a 3rd party vendor pull your home state's motor vehicle records. I had to sign an agreement allowing them to pull mine a few years ago and I assume they continue to monitor annually. It will include any accidents and speeding violations, I believe it is for the past 3 years, not certain. Most states have reciprocity, so if you had a ticket in another state, it may show up on your home state's MVR.
