Just left a meeting a upper management let us know that two stores in our LA area will no longer be open on Sundays. Less headcount and no more Sunday pay

Yeah its called retirement. You can always retire early.
No more Sunday pay does stink. But let's be real I think everything should be closed on Sundays there should be one universal day where everyone can go and spend time with there family or friends or just enjoy your day off catch up on Netflix do some laundry clean your house go to church if you're religious. Doesn't that sound nice?
So you're saying MORE customers come into a store m-sat rather than weekends? How long have you been on the sales floor?
That’s one potential way to look at it. The other is that the same staff will be concentrated during the time that customers are actually at the store, which means more opportunity to sell, and more money. But, yea, your negative view is probably the right one sarcasm!
