Found this really interesting. I was honestly shocked to see that many people confident of their job security. Working at GE, I seem to keep forgetting that ours is not a universal experience.

For those with skills and talent and drive, there is always another job. Unfortunately many at GE seem to be lacking in all of those attributes. Especially those in middle management positions. Those who can't do seem to be promoted to manage. I would guess their day of reckoning is approaching.
