Confirm is not rif.
Anyone with real talent has already left! Look around and think back a few years. Most people sniffed out the Company "Transformation" and prepared themselves. There are many Companies acquiring the true talent that use to be here.
Manager in IT Network here. Finished HR and legal review of RIF business cases this week. Notification 5/31, off payroll 6/29.
