My club manager is forcing me to go to Overnights. Not getting the .50 cents more an hour and was certainly not asked to go on overnights either.

Overnight differential can vary from Club to Club. Some are .50, some
$1.00 , some $2.00. Depends on the area of the country. Our facility
is in N. Y. Differential varies even in our market.

.50 Overnight differiental can be applied after the first two weeks. Ask your PTC. If there is a legitimate reason you can't go overnights i.e. childcare, transportation, tell your manager.
They can not force you to change your job they can only ask you . You are entered in a position by agreeing to do it . Stand your ground and say ... no
If I were you I would go over his head about the shift differential.....is he forcing you to go to nights because otherwise he would be firing you??
Overnight is a $1 differencial now. Is it for a night or two, couple weeks, to help out with a project? Or permanent.... they can make you work overtime from time to time. Try being a team lead. You are GUARANTEED to work over night more often than not
