The serious thing about AT&T is the way it runs forward in thr system about the unlimited rates. I have been an RSC for eight years. Yeah they can be good but if you aren’t watching the way they paid Cohen $600,000 is just part of the problem. This goes way back with the NSA spying and you don’t think this happened before!!?? Of course it did but when I advice my customers about it most could care less. They trust Ma Bell but they shouldn’t because managers have a quota.
