Can anyone elaborate on the November Parkwood cuts rumor? Is the rumor from a reputable source? Just curious as there is so much in transition in the IT space.
I hear major layoffs November 2018 to Parkwood.
PepsiCo is a great company if you always want to live in fear of being laid off.
Please go after Frito's semi-new R&D leadership (Chris C., Simon Y., Lucia P.) and their little s----up minions....they are all overpaid quacks that killed innovation, let go many of the group's best people, and killed moral for the rest.

Hearing the same thing. I’m sure everyone feels the same as I do when I say this is getting really old. Constant worry about keepin a job. All you folks that do not have a pension, jump ship as soon as you can. Avoid wasting your life away in this toxic environment. Those that do have a pension, hang on and make PepsiCo pay. You’ve spent too much of your life here to walk away empty handed. Then, everyone should take the knowledge they gained at PepsiCo to create your own competitive advantage. Again, make PepsiCo pay.
I know a couple of people who got cut in February and they have already moved on to new jobs and they are all much happier. A few have have said that you don't realize how dysfunctional and depressing the place is until you are away for a few months and in a new work environment.
Does it really matter? Almost everyone I work with is worried about losing their job daily. When you live in fear (as most employees) the threat alone kills all needed progress.
