Of everything being about who you know and not about how well you do your job?
Of having to fear for your job every single day despite being really good at what you do?

@TZL4aft-1nag you cannot be more wrong!!!! they know exactly what they are worth but they got there so fast and it pays so well that they GE as the stupidest company in the world. After all, all of us work for money and if you can get along with you network what do you need more.
FYI: i was in the same position, very young manager but I understood that if one day i will change a company i will be in big sh--. So left early enough to secure good position good salary and an amazing work environment where for the first time i felt my manager knew more sh-- than I and I respect him for that.

I Feel your pain also.Working for GE tranportation Erie pa.We sighn a contract with the company and the company says this will make them more competive and there still not satified and they want us to take more cuts.They implement lean manufacturing and that doesnt work because the company can't keep enough parts and the workers are to blame.They got rid of the peicework system .The management Uses foul language even in front of women.Maybe Wabtec will be a better company to work for.We will find out.

I am also sick of GE. GE Greenville used to be the best place to work in GE but now it has spiraled down into a cess pool of GE kool-aid lobotomized COE managers. None have backbones. They are convinced GE’s “beliefs” could never be the problem. When is fact, they could clearly view the problem with a simple device called a mirror. But even the mirror will never help. GE managers simply do not get it. And they never will get it.
I am tired of a dysfunctional environment in Greenville where key management personnel provide only disruption and confusion in areas in which they have no expertise. Leaving this circus soon.
Yes and I gave my notice and got out.... I had a boss so intimidated of me you would not even imagine some of the things she would say.... Those are the so called leaders they have and now they are shocked it is in the mess it is in? They shouldn't be..
Yes. Absolutely tired of this. It has affected me to the point where I am no longer able to do my best for the company, which then makes it even worse. And now I'm afraid to take the day off, even on a holiday like this, even though almost everyone else is out and I'm in the office by myself.
