Does anyone have any details on this center? Reps in Care have been given an end date of September 24. Their managers have went over their severance packages as well. On the other hand Financial services reps are in the dark. The Charleston call center lease expires soon, but they are keeping the financial department in the dark they just keep saying “ we will have more information soon.” Franklin closes on 6/30, but Charleston is in limbo.The reps are losing moral, people are quitting and the calls are slammed. Literally 100 calls in que all day. It feels like we are the only center taking calls. The managers don’t even care anymore, that ship is sinking fast!

It’s that way at all the centers that are closing. Hang in there....we are all in the same boat!!! Every one is trying to survive. Best of luck to you!!
