Has any other TFS crews been restricted overtime? I am in Michigan, and 0 ot has been aloud, not even to complete a job you are dispatched on, including hicaps, cable cuts, fiber cuts..., for almost 4 weeks. Mostly wondering about areas not in Midwest.

I have about 10 hours for 2018 so far and not looking good for anything else for the rest of the year either
They tried to tell us in wireless no OT. It lasted 2 weeks and it’s back to get it done we don’t care how much OT you have.
"I’m just a prem tech" No dude. I have a lot of respect for you guys, and what you put up with. I have 19 years service and I realize what you put up with. You guys deserve better treatment. That's for sure.
I'm hearing in the SW the Prem Techs are working 6 days a week. But CST's are allowed no OT.
I’m just a prem tech but we are all on forced OT everyday, honestly we are getting so burned out that many of us are leaving or looking to leave. I’m out 8 to 8 almost everyday wish we could get a break. I bet you will pick back up after the contract is signed
That’s crazy. I’m working so much OT right now that it’s going to be a record year for me. Maybe it’s a tactic to put pressure on you to sign a contract.
Those affected customers are not as crucial as bonuses for the executive suite.
Yes the wireless side has done the same we let outages go to save money. This should be great for FirstNet.
