There will be more layoffs there aren't enough new enrollments and "leadership" does not care to make the changes necessary to invite new enrollment and retain them. There will be more layoffs in next 6 weeks
Agree with @TFFyZua-2ppz completely. Be ready for more people. The numbers simply do not add up right now, and the management knows only one way of sorting that out.
When things are sinking, the first reaction is to toss weight overboard. Right or wrong, cuts on tops of cuts on top of cuts. Winging it. I don't think upper mgt is equipped to deal with it. I think the thought was a sale would have been completed by now. What they have now is a grenade with a pin pulled in hand.
Layoffs a buzz again in enrollment. We are talking about it all day. My coworkers are averaging 4 to 5 new students a month and plenty do not stay after 1 class. I know they are gonna let some of us go but I hope we can get some weeks of severance just so I can go elsewhere.
