Employee handbook

Is there a Qualcomm employee handbook.

Is there a QC employee handbook? I have asked co-workers, managers, HR representatives and searched the web. Where can I find the Qualcomm employee handbook?

I thought a publicly traded company is legally obligated to have a handbook on site or available on request. Why are new employees paid more that veteran employees?

Is this a written QC policy or QC management collusion to cheat us from a fair/equal wage? If you are part of the layoff, ask your HR rep, in writing, for copies of all documents/agreements you have signed during your time at QC concerning confidentiality, trade secrets etc. which they expect you to hold you to within 72 hours of request.

The only way to view the handbook is to jump off the building. The handbook is etched vertically into the concrete wall and you can read it on the way down. But you’ll get only one shot at it

You obviously haven't asked HR - they would have pointed you to go/HR or go/policies. There's a full list of expectations and rules on those sites.

They've likely lost the originals. Just look at the internal controls.

Handbook ? Good luck looking, ask the landscape guys if they've seen it in the bamboo.............
